Consider adding a dev-qt/qtwebengine-bin package

      Qtwebengine is a pain to compile, and it has seen many updates lately. Each update means a multi-hour compile, over 6h on my i7 cpu for this package alone, but I have seen mentions in discord of it taking over 24h on other people's machines.
      It would be useful if there was a precompiled binary package that could be installed instead, similar to firefox for instance.
