PysolFC-2.6.2 update and installation fix

      Version bump of PySolFC from 2.4.0(latest in funtoo) to 2.6.2(latest release from upstream).

      Ebuild also corrects problem observed and others reported upstream. See comments to Github PySolFC bug #89. If user installs without the extra-cardsets flag, game is not functional as distributed sources do not include a minimal cardset. This ebuild corrects this problem.
