There seems to be an issue in kodi which requires JsonSchemaBuilder to be prebuilt before compiling kodi itself, this been reported upstream

Until it's fixed maybe better to mask this package a while longer?

Workaround for those who want to upgrade, look at http://kodi.wiki/view/HOW-TO:Compile_Kodi_on_Fedora/Red_Hat/CentOS#Build_JsonSchemaBuilder and follow the instructions and you will be able to build kodi.
