new Metro mirroring structure sub-optimal

      Recent changes to Metro have changed how container templates are organized.

      On the surface, it's rather elegant. Stage4 and container artifacts are placed inside the build directory along the stage1/2/3, and there is a symlink outside the directory to the most current artifact. Just like how we handle stage3's.

      But in practical use, I don't think this is ideal all by itself. The reason is that stage4's/containers/etc are not built all the time, and may not be built for every subarch for which there is a stage3. This makes it hard for users to find the best one for their particular system.

      My suggested fix is to have an additional symlink structure, similar to the old:

      funtoo-current/openvz/funtoo-openvz-corei7-latest.tar.xz -> /path/to/funtoo-openvz-corei7-2012-05-20.tar.xz

      This would allow people to easily find the best optimized openvz template for their system.

      I don't mind keeping the current design and just adding this on as an additional way (via symlinks) to get to container images. I think that would be the best of both worlds.
