Latest QBittorrent ebuild 4.5.0 broken because of missing file

    • A new version has been autogenerated and the template needs revision.

      Emerging the latest QBittorrent on my next system fails because of a missing TODO file. Seems that in the new tag they have removed the file so this can be fixed with a single line in the template that adds an empty TODO file
