[mix-ins/kde] mixing kactivities:4 and :5 requires minimal USE flag

      I was trying to update my system but got stuck at a blocker bug.
      I have attached the portage output. After consulting the funtoo irc it appears that kactivities:4 requires the "minimal" flag to be set, when it ever gets mixed with kactivities:5. Otherwise both cannot be installed simultanously.

      Please add that fix to the kde mix-in =)
