metatools: specify multiple versions in autogen.yaml

      It would be very handy for an autogen to be able to generate a specific version (or version tree, e.g. 1.2.x) to create an ebuild for stable-release and also generate the latest version for next-release. This would enable more autogens to leverage things like github-1 instead of having similar python scripts all over the place
