github-cli fails to build when XDG_CACHE_HOME is set

    • Set XDG_CONFIG_HOME to point somewhere the build user doesn't have access; build github-cli.

      Don't have an error log because closed the terminal by accident. At some point during the installation it tried to load `/home/buffet/.config/gh/config.yml` and failed because of no permissions.
