Power options removed on plasma install, even with elogind USE flag enabled.
Other DEs are unaffected so plasma-specific issue needs to be investigated further.
Following suggestions, I have:
1) `x11-misc/sddm -elogind` in /etc/portage/make.profile/package.use.mask/sddm
2) `*/* elogind -consolekit` in /etc/portage/package.use

The recent update of polkit to 0.120 removed the power options from my KDE Plasma install.

With mrl5's help, changing to polkit-0.119-r3 restored the options.

siris and alex2101 were able to identify that the workstation profile disables the elogind USE flag.

Following re-enabling elogind USE flag and installing polkit-0.120, the issue remains and the power options disappear.
