As seen in last night's autogen session where we were autogen'ing the ebuilds required for awscliv2, there are 1 or 2 packages in the dependency list which for the moment only come tagged as 'prerelease' rather than 'release' on github.

In absence of an actual release tarball, we have no choice but to fetch the latest prerelease tarball.
