User José Diaz in Telegram reported the issue that the download for libreoffice-bin fails. Sure enough, looking at the libreoffice downloads page it is evident the download is now named: LibreOffice_7.2.5_Linux_x86-64_rpm.tar.gz instead of LibreOffice_7.2.5.2_Linux_x86-64_rpm.tar.gz
