Add kde-plasma/ksystemstats dependency to kde-plasma/plasma-systemmonitor

    • Data for plasma-systemmonitor comes from ksystemstats so plasma-systemmonitor needs it to function correctly

      A fresh KDE Plasma install showed that the ksystemstats dependency is missing from plasma-systemmonitor (an oversight on my part), so this bug is to add it to enable plasma-systemmonitor to display the relevant data and stats.

      A simple fix - I have a PR ready
