I noticed when testing portage-3.0.14 that when merging something that needs a license to be accepted, like vivaldi, that the emerge will just abort without even prompting the user on how to autounmask it. We should probably tweak this so it matches the previous behavior of letting the user know that they can use --autounmask-write to update their config files in order to accept the license automatically.
