Create a Funtoo standard kernel .config

      Currently using

      emerge -av debian-sources[-lts]

      kernel is installed with some default (debian's) configuration.

      For example in case of a debian-sources some needed config params (e.g. CONFIG_CGROUP_HUGETLB, CONFIG_NF_NAT_IPV4) are not enabled.

      It would be useful have a standard and documented way of rebuilding/tweaking installed kernel with  missing/needed config params enabled/changed.
