cinnamon screen lock: odd HiDPI behavior

      Seems to be identical bug as documented here:

      https://bugs.launchpad.net/linuxmint/+bug/1525692

      When HiDPI mode is enabled in settings, then the screen lock does not scale up correctly and occupies the upper-left quarter of the screen. It is otherwise functional.
