Migrate network interface initscripts to netif.* (in progress)

In 2015, we made a change in our docs on the wiki to have symlinks to interfaces in /etc/init.d be called "net.foo" instead of "netif.foo". What is interesting is that although we made this change, I never personally did, and have used netif.foo, and this is also used extensively in funtoo hosting setups.

I just changed the networking docs at /Networking on the wiki back to using netif.foo.

Due to this confusing ambiguity, it would be good to review corenetwork and make sure everything is indeed working well for either net.foo or netif.foo scripts.

I would also like to do a new release of corenetwork and move our official networking docs over to sphinx documentation and maintain them alongside the source code.
