Currently, gnome-kit/profiles/funtoo/mix-ins/gnome-kit/package.use has a lot of settings in it.

Many of these may be able to be migrated to default USE settings via IUSE in their respective ebuilds. This is particularly true for those ebuilds that happen to live in gnome-kit.

This would help to clean up this big package.use file quite a bit.
