SELinux fails to merge

      There is no libsemanage-3.0 ebuild, but checkpolicy ist at 3.0 which pulls in libsemanage-3.0.

      Quick solution: mask checkpolicy-3.0 and everything will fallback to 2.9 (tried, did compile).

      I was doing:

      $ epro mix-in +selinux

      $ emerge -av1 checkpolicy policycoreutils

      on a fresh setup and expected both packages to be merged with their dependencies but instead portage failed with :

      !!! All ebuilds that could satisfy ">=sys-libs/libsemanage-3.0" have been masked.
      !!! One of the following masked packages is required to complete your request:

      • sys-libs/libsemanage-9999::security-kit (masked by: missing keyword)
