net-snmp is insisting that setuptools have ONLY python2.7 support. This is incorrect. It should be happy with python2.7 support in setuptools. It doesn't have a need for it to NOT have python3 support. This seems to be problem with net-snmp.
Emerge doesn't allow to update setuptools since net-analyzer/net-snmp requires python_single_target_python2_7.
