Certain parts of metro are not applying correct permissions/ownership to files. The offending files are (examples):
./1.4-release-std/x86-64bit/intel64-haswell/2020-02-02/.targets ./1.4-release-std/x86-64bit/intel64-haswell/2020-02-02/status ./1.4-release-std/x86-64bit/amd64-zen/2020-02-02/stage3-amd64-zen-1.4-release-std-2020-02-02.tar.xz ./1.4-release-std/x86-64bit/amd64-zen/2020-02-02/gnome-stage3-amd64-zen-1.4-release-std-2020-02-02.tar.xz
This indicates .targets, status files as well as buildrepo compress are not applying correct permissions and ownership. Compress seems to definitely not be applying ownership OR permissions correctly.
