I tried to emerge pcsc-lite but failed:

I understand that the openrc implementation in Funtoo is an independent fork of the one in Gentoo, hence I assume that the numbering is also independent. There are no openrc-0.11.* ebuilds in Funtoo.
Is there a "functional equivalent" (with respect to the pcsc-lite ebuild - I do not know why the ebuild depends on the openrc version used) to the Gentoo
version required by pcsc-lite and if so, should the ebuild not be updated to reflect this?
