Most users of Funtoo use a local overlay or repo, but have much difficulty wrapping their heads around the initial setup. I think it would be a nice addition to ego to have the ability to add/setup new repos. eg. ego repo create blahname or something which adds the /etc/portage/repos.conf file and all the skeleton overlay files

with correct repo_name and dirs already set and ready to go.
