I am using fakeraid and a gpt partition table.

For fakeraid i am using dmraid to detect my raid array. All is good but dmraid does not detect gpt partitions ( only mbr ).

The solution for this , is to do a kpartx -a "array disk" after dmraid or to do a "partprobe". Either one works.

Also dmraid should be changed to dmraid -ay -p ( adding the -p ) to specify to not detect partitions , and those ( mbr or not ) should be detected by kpartx or partprobe.

Currently I change genkernel dmraid part to this -> http://pastebin.com/TENChx5c on genkernel initrd.scripts and has always worked.
