Unmet requirements: media-gfx/fontforge-20190317-r2

      Update is pulling in media-gfx/fontforge-20190317-r2.  Appears to need useflag `cairo` enabled.  Adding `>=media-gfx/fontforge-20190317-r2 cairo` to my /etc/portage package.use file seems to resolve the issue.  I don't know if these needs to be added to the portage package defaults or not.  Just thought I'd report it.
