sys-libs/db-18.1.32 doesn't build on armv6

      Currently, db-18.1.32 doesn't currently build on the original raspberry pi. The mutex stuff enabled on arm requires ARM v7+. I have a patch that fixes this. I also need to properly integrate cpu_flags USE into our arm subarch profiles.
