Update dev-python/pillow (v6.2.0) brought in a runtime dependency that was not included in that ebuild. Further investigation found that no ebuild exists in either Gentoo/Funtoo trees for this package.

I have attached an ebuild that, for me at least, builds and installs correctly. Ebuild was also run through Test phase successfully (46 of 46 tests passed).

Request:

• determination of kit and category where this package can be placed in the tree
• verification that ebuild works with pillow (verify runtime dependency met).
