This is a proposal to create a "very stable", non-rolling release branch of Funtoo Linux, ideal for enterprise deployments as well as desktop users who need things to "just work" and who are not interested in building new versions of packages all the time. This would be an option available to Funtoo Linux users, so people who preferred our existing rolling release model could continue to use Funtoo Linux current/stable or experimental and get the experience they're used to. Those who really need stability could use this new option. We know that quite a few people require this additional stability to use Funtoo in the enterprise.
