The source tarball for system-config-printer failed to download.  I got a 404 from both funtoo.org and the upstream GitHub source.

(This package was being merged as part of gnome-light.)

I was able to work around the issue by downloading the distfile from a Gentoo mirror into /var/cache/portage/distfiles/: https://gentoo.osuosl.org/distfiles/system-config-printer-1.5.11.tar.xz

After that, the package built correctly, although I have yet to run it.  (This is a new first-time install for me.)
