sssd is failing to build on my system.  A system upgrade is trying to downgrade sssd from 2.0.0-r1 to 2.0.0, and that is when the build failure is happening.  Logs are attached.

I see this error which seemed to implicate curl and/or ca-certificates, but I rebuilt both and still can't build sssd.
