Allow aliasing of use flags, such that enabling the alias flag enables one or more aliased flags

USE_ALIAS="glvnd? ( libglvnd )"

Also consider a function allowing complete renaming of a flag:

USE_RENAME=" glvnd -> libglvnd "

Ideally, this functionality would be exposed both in ebuilds, as well as in profiles.
