Bump gnucash-3.4 version

      Currently there is a new version of Gnucash --> version 3.4

       

      After looking in the dependencies in Gnucash, it seems that everything is correctly in gnucash-3.1.ebuild included.

      Changing the ebuild name from gnucash-3.1.ebuild to gnucash-3.4.ebuild was sufficient to build the new version.
