ego boot: option to perform grub scan by filesystem label

      Currently, grub finds the boot fileystem using filesystem UUID. This may have a bug related to non-/ ROOT, or not – but either way, it should be possible to have grub find the /boot filesystem by filesystem label. This is likely to be more robust in AWS EC2 environment.
