KDE Plasma 5.13 came with a lot of improvements that I'd like to be able to use on my machines, including lower resource consumption. I see that Gentoo currently has it marked as "testing", so I'm not sure if that prevents the ebuilds from being pulled into Funtoo.

I'd be content with a separate "kit" - or just the master branch - that allows for the newest release of a desktop environment with the potential for bugs, while keeping most people on the LTS or otherwise older version.
