Create an unprojected GRASS GIS data base and launch a session

grass -c Test

Then attemp to launch a wx monitor

d.mon wx0

This does not return anything. Re-running, for the second time, the command `d.mon wx0`, will return a segmentation fault.

I had no time yet to properly debug this behaviour (following https://grasswiki.osgeo.org/wiki/GRASS_Debugging).
