The latest 20180302 version of gentoo-bashcomp removes all openrc related completions, with description at commit, that they are provided by upstream. Sources of 0.35 version openrc contains bash-completion directory, but sys-apps/openrc-0.35.0_beta1 doesn't install them.

Please add them into installation, but be aware, that this can collide with older gentoo-bashcomp.
