When trying to emerge dev-ruby/nokogiri-1.8.1, there is a missing dependency

emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy ">=dev-libs/libxslt-1.1.30".
(dependency required by "dev-ruby/nokogiri-1.8.1::dev-kit" [ebuild])

The 1.1.30 ebuild seems to be available on the master branch.
