media-libs/lv2 missing python requirements

      After migrating to python 3.6 media-libs/lv2 (at least lv2-1.14.0) fail to build because missing a valid python implementation selected.

       

      The build fails when we don't specify python2.7 or 3.4 as single target.

      The ebuild should produce an error in the dependancy check instead.
