I started to implement an ego query command to list issues related to a given package.

For now, it queries for cat/pkg in issue's summary. However Jira querying is a bit tricky and, for instance gnome-extra/cinnamon-control will match gnome-extra/cinnamon-control-center-2.6.0-r1, but gnome-extra/cinnamon-control-center won't.

Adding a new field "Category/Package" would make it possible to query exact match on this field and have more relevant results. It may be a good idea to attach the following help text in order to avoir people appending version info: "Please enter the category/package related to your issue if relevant. Do not include any version information, slot or whatsoever."

I will handle filling this field for the more existing issues I can.
