openrc-0.18.3 blocks NetworkManager and libvirt if no network present => stop communication with VM

      I updated to the newest opnerc-0.18.3

      Now NetworkmManager ist started but not initialized, until Network is present. With network is present, we mean external wire or wireless network. Therefore the internal Network between VM and host will also not start! Grrrrr
