Freerdp support in vlc configured via rdp USE flag. Currently freerdp itself is far from being good, hence rdp USE is masked for vlc. This doesn't make configure disable freerdp support. Current behaviour:

It loosk good, rdp flag is masked, but it doesn't disable in reality, if freerdp installed:
