sysrescuecd 4.4.1: sub-optimal GRUB UEFI video settings

      Right now, sysrescueCD doesn't have optimal GRUB2 settings for booting UEFI systems. It should use "insmod all_video", which is required for enabling console video on MacBook Pro 15" non-retina (2011ish).
