Now that GNOME 3.14.1 has been released, I believe it's time to add it to mainline. However, there are quite a few things that need to be done first:

1. Add GNOME 3.14 ebuilds to funtoo-gnome-overlay
2. Apply my patchset (includes support for pmutils support and other tweaks)
3. Open an issue for GNOME 3.14 post-merge follow-up actions
4. Close FL-1383 and move any outstanding issues to appropriate locations
