upower is meant for Systemd, set upower-pm-utils as default

I noticed from the beginning that my KDE set-up lacks suspend/hibernate buttons, even though I had pm-utils and upower installed.

I had a hard time investigating (nobody knew whats going on) but after some research I have found this on gentoo news:

      >UPower discontinued hibernate and suspend support in favor of systemd.
      >Because of this, we have created a compability package at
      >sys-power/upower-pm-utils which will give you the old UPower with
      >sys-power/pm-utils support back.

So apparently the "upower" package is only meant for systems where systemd takes care of suspend/hibernate, and consequently doesn't even have an pm-utils dependancy. Since gentoo supports both systemd and openrc, this packaging policy is ok.

However since funtoo does not support systemd, the "normal" upower package is rather useless (and leads to issues) and should be replaced by upower-pm-utils by default.

So I guess upower needs to be removed and upower-pm-utils possibly renamed.
