Reintegrate Power Management Utilities (pm-utils) Support for GNOME 3.12

      GNOME 3.12 depends on upower-0.99.0 in which support for pm-utils has been removed in favor of logind. This patchset reverts those changes and introduces new behaviour that minimalistically diverges from the vanilla GNOME 3.10+ experience.

      Until further notice, this patchset should be considered experimental and should not be officially added to portage until it is tested and confirmed to perform as expected.
