upower? ( || ( >=sys-power/upower-0.9.23 sys-power/upower-pm-utils ) )

it causes a conflict updating world because kdelibs (in absence of >=sys-power/upower-0.9.23) tries to pull sys-power/upower-pm-utils which conflicts with sys-power/upower which is needed by net-misc/networkmanager.

i guess syncing sys-power/upower with gentoo's tree would solve this...
