Build failure: sys-fs/lvm2-2.02.173::core-kit[lvm2create_initrd]

    • This is a confusing option on the lvm2 ebuild which may not actually function, so the reporter is suggesting we remove it.

      I was attempting to add lvm to my initrd and tried using the lvm2create_initrd use flag for sys-fs/lvm2, which resulted in a build failure.

      I then found the lvm flag on the sys-kernel/debian-sources which did what I wanted, but I think it would be helpful to remove the flag on lvm2 if it is no longer supported or needed.
