kde-plasma-5.25.5 is the last 5.25 release with 5.26 in beta, therefore it's time for a kde-kit update

This will be sent to the latest harvester branch for testing

coffnix, please copy the 5.24-release branch from next-release to harvester and rename as 5.25-release so that I can send PRs to update, thanks
