I consider this to be the first "installment" of the work that needs to be done to re(organize) the media-kit packages.

So drobbins has already suggested on kit-fixups/media-kit/next/packages.yaml which packages need to be moved. This task relates to those and any other packages that we may find that needs to be moved or removed (if they aren't a dependency for any other package).

Also, I understand that this work is to be done only for the Next version. 1.4 should remain untouched.

There is more work to be done, like trimming out old/unused packages, checking that all the remaining ones have the dependencies they need, possibly creating specialized media-kits, etc. Those will be object of separate issues/tasks.
