Now that FL-9443 has been implemented to support multi-arch YAML GitHub autogens on *-bin, update all Project Telemetry *-bin autogens to support the arm64 architecture. This will be particularly useful for Funtoo RPi users to be able to natively run all of the latest Prometheus related packages.

This issue came up during Friday nights Live Stream when talking with borisp who was interested in getting Grafana running on his Funtoo RPi system, but it has also been on my Project Telemetry to-do list for awhile. There is no time better than the present to enable this for all arm64 users.
