I made autogens for the following packages:

1. app-i18n/libpinyin
2. app-i18n/ibus-libpinyin
3. app-i18n/ibus-pinyin
4. app-i18n/ibus-handwrite

This basically leaves "app-i18n/anthy" and "app-i18n/rime" as the last packages that need to be added from the initial package list. After this is merged I will focus on the second package list I provided, by adding the other ibus input methods

This issue depends on FL10332 to be merged first since my master branch contains the changes from FL10332 as I think a package here depends on one in the other issue. As per detailed in FL10332 all packages for ibus are placed under desktop kit, while the libpinyin package is under "dev-kit/app-i18n/libpinyin". Any suggestions on package placement on the other issue will be taken into account here too or vice versa
